EVEREST - EMVO ROTARY VANE VACUUM PUMP
ARE YOU USING "ROTARY VANE VACUUM PUMP" &Â NOT HAPPY WITH IT?
ARE YOU A VICTIM OF ?- Oil contamination because of process vapour carryover
- Process (foreign) material carryover causing pump jamming/chocking
- Oil spillage & Oil leakage
- Low vacuum when connected to Process
- Excessive power consumption
- Pump not generating desired ultimate vacuum
- High cost of operation & repair
6 Common Mistakes People make while selecting the Rotary Vane Pump:
- What is the required operating pressure
- What is the required flow rate?
- Is Vapour Contamination a risk to the Sealing Oil?
- Is Sealing Oil suck back a risk to process?
- Is the Roots Vacuum pump and Rotary Vane Pump ideally mapped with the right "Staging Ratio"
- Oversize and Loose/Waste energy, Undersize and face problem of low vacuum and/or high process time.

CREDIBILITY
Principal of Operation
What is the working principle of a Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump Pump?
The Rotary vane vacuum pump is based on the principle of volume reduction, the entire cylinder housing is immersed in Oil and Oil acts as a sealer to reduce/minimise the slip losses between the rotary vanes and the stationary cylinder. This ensures tight sealing and minimal war loss on the blades. Oil lubrication can only be achieved by differential pressure between the housing and oil separator housing. Some oil pipes are used between the housings to achieve this. A cylindrical housing houses a rotating rotor. It is placed eccentrically so that the top of the housing touches the top. Centrifugal force is applied to the housing's wall by the blades. This creates three chambers that capture air. The vacuum chamber (suction) opens when the first chamber is opened. The rotor rotates and the next blade closes the chamber. (And opens directly next one). At this point, the air volume between the blades is at its maximum. The volume reduction of the oil gas mixture causes it to be compressed and then blows out into an oil separator housing. | Some pumps are equipped with outlets valves that stop backflow of air after the pump has reached its maximum pressure or is turned off. The complex design of the oil separator housing allows oil to be mechanically separated from gas. The oil sump is where the oil is collected. This removes 95-98% oil from the air. The oil-gas mixture is then passed through fine filter elements to remove any small oil particles. These oil particles are then reintroduced to the oil circuit via a float valve. You can blow virtually oil-free gas through either the air outlet, hoses, or pipes. |
Supervane (EMVO packed with Roots Vacuum Pump)
Super Vane is vacuum packages offered by Everest Vacuum as an alternative to Dry Vacuum Systems. These vacuum systems are a combinateion of a Roots vacuum Pump combined with a Rotary vane Vacuum Pump which are typically designed for being operated as semi-dry vacuum systems for clean vacuum applications. They are cost-effective solutions where contamination from process vapor is not a threat.
- System Offered: Super Vane 400 -> 5000 (Upto 5000 m3/hr)
- Application: Clean, Dust Free, Evacuation
- Working Vacuum Required: Upto 0.01 mBar

TESTIMONIALS
Everest Vacuum is a leading vacuum systems solution provider with great after sales service & support, they have done brilliantly well in understanding our
complete product & process requirement, designed a customised solution for us & supported us in commissioning of the product in the right fashion. We had to upgrade our installations from Stem/Water Jet ejectors to Dry Screw Vacuum Pumps looking into the enormous advantages that it would offer in terms of consistent deep vacuum & environmental friendly technology. We are very glad that we dealt with such a company who demonstrated high standards of professionalism along without losing sight of customer requirements. We would like to work with them again in the future & wish them all the best.
